It’s just tough to hold too many bonds because they pay so little with rates so low, and I doubt rates will be raised that much in the future so long as inflation remains as it is. The best strategy in the very recent history was to buy the rip. Impossible to say if it still is currently the best strategy because you need hindsight for that. I’m buying and I don’t think these mumbo-jumbo anecdotes are helpfull. “Be greedy when other’s are fearfull” might be great when you are pondering wether to get your Hyena pack to that Zebra carcass the Lion just slayed.
