The only other one that was remotely close to the painful laugh was the dick drawing flashback scenes in Superbad. But Borat is the clear winner. I threw up right in the theater from laughing so hard. It was terribly painful. The same thing happened to me, I had to leave, and to this day I’ve only seen half of the movie.
